Adult Talent List is a professional platform for adult industry talent and recruiters. We support sexually explicit content within the bounds of U.S. law and industry regulations. To keep our community safe, lawful, and consensual, all members must adhere to the following content standards.
✅ Permitted Content
We allow nudity and sexually explicit content if it is:
- Produced and uploaded by individuals who are 18 years of age or older;
- Created and shared with the full consent of all involved parties.
- Compliant with U.S. law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements.
🚫 Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in content removal and/or account suspension:
1. Underage or Non-Verified Participants
- Any content (real or simulated) referencing or depicting minors under 18 years old.
- Any use of language, roleplay, or scenarios implying age regression or underage status.
- Any content including co-performers without:
- Valid age verification documentation;
- Written consent for appearance and distribution.
- This includes background participants and voice-only appearances.
2. Public Nudity Without Consent
- Content recorded where public nudity is illegal.
- Filming in any location without the explicit permission of the owner (e.g., shops, gyms, rentals, parks).
3. Illegal, Harmful, or Inappropriate Content
Not allowed (real or simulated):
- Drugs, paraphernalia, or substance use
- Alcohol in explicit scenes
- Weapons or firearms
- Necrophilia or deceased persons
- Bestiality or sexual content involving animals
- Vomit, scat/feces, urine consumption
- Incest or incest-related scenarios/language
- Blood, mutilation, or real injuries
- Escorting, prostitution, or in-person meetups
- Crushing animals (e.g., bugs, crustaceans, reptiles)
- Extreme violence, self-harm, snuff, cannibalism, or torture
- Sexual wrestling, when performed in a non-consensual, harmful, or abusive manner
4. Hateful or Discriminatory Content
Content that incites or promotes hate, discrimination, or violence against others based on:
- Race or ethnicity
- Gender identity or expression
- Religion or beliefs
- Disability
- Sexual orientation
- National origin or immigration status
- Any marginalized or vulnerable group
5. Non-Consensual Sex
- All performers must appear clearly and consciously consenting throughout.
- Content that includes:
- Sleeping, unconscious, or intoxicated individuals;
- Any implication of coercion, manipulation, chemical sedatives, or hypnosis;
- Scenes where individuals are unable to say “no” or stop at any time.
6. Rape or Forced Sex (Real or Simulated)
We prohibit any depiction or simulation of:
- Rape or sexual assault
- Forced sexual acts
- Reluctant participation that mimics or glamorizes non-consent
📥 Takedowns / DMCA Violations
Adult Talent List fully complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will act swiftly upon receipt of valid takedown requests. Violations include:
- Uploading content without being the intellectual property owner, or without a valid license to distribute.
- Uploading content where co-performer documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reposting copyrighted content from other creators, sites, or studios.
You may submit a DMCA takedown request if:
- You are the copyright holder or authorized agent;
- You appear in content that was posted without your consent.
To request a takedown, email dmca@adulttalentlist.com with:
- A link to the infringing content;
- Proof of ownership or participation;
- A signed statement under penalty of perjury.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts pending investigation of copyright or documentation violations.
